DES MOINES – Darrell Brand of Montezuma was honored for his 55 years of service to the state meet during the girls state track and field finals on Saturday, May 21, at Drake Stadium.
The longtime former teacher, coach and school principal at Montezuma High has been kept busy with officiating duties during much of his professional career and retirement.
