Thursday, Jan. 19, was the night for the Montezuma Duals, and the Braves who participated fared pretty well.
Montezuma wrestlers didn’t win either of their duals, against Lynnville-Sully and English Valleys/Tri-County. But, with just five wrestlers competing in each meet, they weren’t expected to.
The Braves put together a record of 8-2 in those matches, and pinned four of their opponents.
