GRUNDY CENTER – Coach John Beck said he was pleased by the times and distances posted as the Braves competed in the Harry Cole Classic on Friday, May 2.
The Braves weren’t involved in the team races against a loaded field.
Grundy Center and Waverly-Shell Rock tied for the championship with 163 points each. Montezuma was in eighth place with 37 points in a 10-school field.
