MARENGO – Montezuma’s girls took a victory lap!
The Bravettes got to tour the oval by themselves after winning the girls division of the Rick Wanamaker Coed Invitational on Thursday evening, May 5.
Montezuma totaled 124 points, to 106 by runner-up Belle Plaine.
It was almost a double for the Braves, who placed third on the boys side, but just six points shy of first.
Come back later Friday, when we’ll have more details and photos from a day of triumph for Montezuma track and field!
