GRINNELL – Poweshiek County has its first verified case of Coronavirus.
The individual is resting in an isolation unit at Grinnell Regional Medical Center.
Shauna Callaway, Public Health Director at United Point Health-Grinnell Regional Medical Center, made the announcement Monday morning, March 23, on “Let’s Talk,” a program on KGRN radio.
Callaway said, “Follow the instruction of the (Iowa) governor and please stay home.”
