Cruz’ 81 holds up for 21st at state golf
AMES – Montezuma graduated senior Cruz De Jong shot an 81 on Monday, May 21, on the first day of the Class 1A state golf tournament at Ames Country Club.
That score held up for 21st place overall, after Tuesday’s scheduled second 18-hole round was weathered out.
