Tony DiCecco, a former Montezuma High School teacher and girls basketball coach, was honored as a new member of the University of North Iowa Athletics Hall of Fame on Sept. 21.
DiCecco and his wife, Kristi, were on hand for the ceremonies. She also is a former Montezuma teacher.
Tony was inducted into the 35th hall of fame class at the school for 11 outstanding seasons with the UNI women’s basketball program.
