FAYETTE, Iowa – Freshman Eddie Burgess from Montezuma scored his first collegiate touchdown on Saturday, Oct. 8, for his Upper Iowa University Peacocks.
Burgess, a tight end, grabbed a 19-yard scoring strike.
The Peacocks lost the game, 31-14, to Augustana University of South Dakota.
The catch was the second of the season for Burgess.
