Five Braves honored on all-SICL teams

The five starters on Montezuma’s conference champion boys basketball team were honored by being included on the various all-SICL teams chosen by the coaches.

In addition, head Coach Derrick Dengler of the Braves earned Coach of the Year honors.

High-scoring juniors Trey Shearer and Cole Watts were picked to the All-SICL first team.

Junior Eddie Burgess was placed on the second team.

Gaining honorable mention honors were senior Brayden Arendt and freshman Masin Shearer.
