MONTEZUMA – The Bravettes spotted the first set to visiting Colfax-Mingo, then put their game together in a 3-1 match victory.
It was Senior Night for the Bravettes on Monday, Sept. 16.
Scores for Montezuma were 22-25, 25-17, 25-22 and 25-19.
Kylee Larmore rose to the forefront, leading the Bravettes with 15 kills.
But Montezuma was stuffing the stats sheets in most categories.
Chloe Snook had 17 assists and Ava Pargeon delivered 16.
Snook, a junior, also produced her 500th career assist during the match.
Lauryn Larmore had 13 digs and Lilly Ferry had 12.
Sydnee Burgess led in blocks with four.
Snook led a balanced effort in serving, good on 13 out of 15, with three aces.
The Bravettes moved their record to 8-8 for the season.
Colfax-Mingo slid to 3-5.
The Bravettes were hosting a solid GMG team on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
