The Bravettes’ innings were more productive. They scored eight runs in the first and were off to the races.
Chloe Snook went three-for-three at the plate, scored three runs, drove in two and stole two bases.
Laila Kercheval and Ellen Cook each were two-for-three. Kercheval scored three times and Cook drove in two runs.
Izzy Roorda drove in two runs with a single, and Jadyn Sharer plated two with a base hit.
Montezuma played an errorless game.
Robison didn’t walk a hitter and struck out three.
The win lifted the Bravettes to 6-7 on the season, while Belle Plaine fell to 2-9.
