MORAVIA – The volleyball Bravettes swept a five-school tournament field on Saturday, Sept. 21, and left town with a 14-8 season record.
Serving was the order of the day in a 2-0 win over Colo-Nesco. Montezuma was successful of 39 of 39 serve attempts, a perfect 100 percent.
The Bravettes were 2-0 set winners in four of the five matches, and took a 2-1 win over hosting Moravia.
Chloe Snook had eight assists in a win over Twin Cedars.
Against Morman Trail, Lauryn Larmore led the way with 11-for-11 serving, with three ace serves.
Snook had 12 assists in the 2-1 win over Moravia.
Lili Ferry had 10 kills in that match, and four girls were in double figures in digs. The four were Mya Smothers (17 digs), Lauryn Larmore (15), Lily Ferry (12) and Chloe Snook (10).
Larmore led with 13 digs as the Bravettes swept past Murray. 2-0.
