Girls take care of business vs. BGM

The Bravettes put together a strong game on both ends of the floor and ran off with a 59-20 win over BGM on Tuesday evening, Dec. 5, at home.

The Bravettes led 14-4 after one quarter and 27-4 at halftime after pitching a shutout in the second period.

The Bravettes kept it going, outscoring the Bears 32-16 in the second half.

Three Bravettes were double figures scorers.

Shiressa Wetering scored 15 point on 6-for-11 shooting. She also had six rebounds, blocked 3 shots, and had 2 steals.

Vivian Cook had her best scoring game with 15 points, also on 6-for-11 from the field.

Jadyn Sharer scored 14 for Montezuma.

Ellen Cook had 9 rebounds and 9 assists.

Sydnee Burgess had 8 rebounds and blocked three shots.

The Bravettes took their overall record to 3-2.

BGM fell to 1-3.
