Girls Union says games WILL be played. .

There WILL be girls state basketball on Wednesday in Des Moines.

So says the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union in a news release on Tuesday evening:

The forecast for Wednesday calls for blowing snow and extreme travel conditions. The girls state basketball games WILL be played as scheduled on Wednesday.”

Remember, all state basketball games will be streamed for free on the IGHSAU Network on the IGHSAU Website.”
