Montezuma hosted the first of two consecutive home meets on Monday, April 10, and the results were all positive for the home school.
The Braves won the boys team meet, and Montezuma male and femal e players swept medalist and runnerup medalist honors.
The boys totaled 153 strokes, winning over Keota, 171, and Tri-County, 233.
Maguire De Jong shot 34 for medalist honors, with Cruz De Jong in at 38 for runnerup.
Other Braves scores were Max Anderson 39, Jack Erselius 42, Carsten James 44 and Owen Cook 47.
JV Braves scores were Brady Boulton 48, Tod Geiger 52 and Carson Van Der Hart 71.
Montezuma’s girls don’t have enough players for a team score. But, Abby Pope (56) and Maddy Fleming (58) were medalist and runnerup medalist.
