Coach Digger Phelps celebrated a milestone birthday on Tuesday, October 19th. Digger is shown here on the far left as part of the Braves Basketball Camp in the summer of 1977 along with three former Montezuma Boys’ Basketball head coaches, Al Rabenold, Roger Slykhuis, and Dennis Brand. Digger and his wife, Jan, live just east of Grinnell on highway 6. Be sure to honk when you drive by!
