GRUNDY CENTER – Senior Brydon Henning was Montezuma’s only contestant at the Boys Spartan Relays on Friday, April 30 – but he did well.
Henning scored all 10 of Montezuma’s team points.
Brydon won the 400-meter dash in a season-best for him, 56.61 seconds. That accounted for eight points in this meet’s scoring system.
Henning produced the other two points by placing fourth in the 1,600-meter run, in 5:32.27.
He also ran in the 800, and was the sixth finisher in 2:16.56.
