SIGOURNEY – Brydon Henning won the 800-meter run to highlight Montezuma’s results in the South Iowa Cedar League track and field meet on Tuesday, May 4.
Henning clocked 2:11.70 in his win, edging Myles Grove of English Valleys by 1.2 seconds.
Henning also picked up two points for the Braves by placing seventh in the 400, with a time of 57.70 seconds.
Carter McKee scored Montezuma’s other four points, placing fifth over 3,200 meters in 12:00.50.
UP NEXT – The Braves are at Iowa Valley on Thursday, May 6.
