Serving in Sully.

SULLY – It was a challenging night for the Bravettes junior high volleyball against a very talented Lynnville-Sully squad on the road on Monday, Sept. 11.

The 8th graders started slow against a strong serving and passing crew. After they started getting things together, it was a little too late in the set.

The 8th graders continue to improve and do great things on the court. They are serving the ball better and using chances to set up balls.

As we add in more skills, more errors are bound to occur, but that doesn’t stop them from doing what needs to be done. We need to rebound and get back to work on Thursday.

The 7th graders continued to grow and had several bright moments. I am hoping they will be able to put it all together and compete throughout the three sets.

It is fun to watch girls get first serves over and continue to encourage each other. This is a fun group that works hard, they just need to continue to focus and things will start clicking.

8th grade vs. L-S: 13-25, 22-25, 10-25

7th grade vs L-S: 14-25, 25-21, 14-25
