SIGOURNEY – The Bravettes faced another comparable opponent that had a strong serving crew.
The 8th-grade squad played hard and was hustling all three sets. They struggled with serve receive for a few stretches, and that hurt them in the long run.
Overall, it was a good night of volleyball for the 8th grade squad.
The 7th graders played a little off their best and it hurt them as the sets went on.
It is always hard for young athletes to realize that they can set the pace and get things going and I hope they will be able to figure out those final pieces.
With only one game left in the season, I am excited to see what the girls can do to finish the season strong.
8th grade: 25-22, 16-25, 17-25
