BROOKLYN – After a slow start in the last game, the girls were determined to start strong!
Each group came out ready to go and worked to set the pace when Montezuma’s junior high volleyball teams visited BGM on Thursday, Sept. 24.
We still have several areas we need to work on, but I am proud of how the team came together and battled in Brooklyn.
Our serving was particularly strong and ball movement was better. At times we seemed to lose focus and let BGM set the pace.
Thankfully we were able to get back on track and determine the outcomes of the games.
With only one week remaining in the season, I am sad, but thankful for the season so far. I want the girls to continue to grow and improve to finish strong!
