Getting the first match under your belt is important and now making sure everyone gets on the bus and is ready to go on the road is another step.
The 8th-grade Bravettes kicked off the night much stronger! The first game nerves were out of the way, and they were making fewer mistakes while doing more on the court.
The BGM squad was solid and would be a great team to play again, as they were matched in several areas. In the end, the Bears walked away with the win, but the Bravettes fought hard and I am very proud of them.
This group is challenging themselves every day and working on being amazing teammates.
The 7th-grade team came out hot serving in the first set, and didn’t let up until the final set. This group is working together so well and they are growing as competitors each time they step on the court. They understand the importance of good serving and they have a will to win.
Both teams need to focus on improving and good things will come to the Bravettes!
