JV boys fall to Moravia

Moravia’s junior varsity boys basketball team scored a 43-25 win over the JV Braves on Monday, Jan. 16, in Montezuma.

David Rose scored 16 points for Montezuma, but no other Brave had more than two as the team shot .213 from the field, including two-for-16 from three-point range.

Moravia led 14-10 after one quarter, 25-13 at halftime, and 37-18 through three quarters.

Rose added three steals and five deflections to his game, and Kohen Holland had six rebounds.
