EDDYVILLE – The Montezuma JV girls played tough defense and came home with a 53-22 win over Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on Friday evening, Feb. 3.
The Bravettes had quarter leads of 9-2, 22-8 and 41-17.
Claire Erselius scored 16 points on 6-for-7 shooting, including 4-for-5 from beyond the three-point arc.
Ashlee Eilander scored 9 points and had 8 rebounds.
Izzy Roorda scored 7 points, and Harlea Pargeon had 6 rebounds.
A total of 9 Bravettes scored points.
