Joey Kercheval, a senior member of the Montezuma Braves basketball team, was recognized before a Thursday, Feb. 11 game for his accomplishments at the national level in shooting sports.
Kercheval was national champion in two divisions of the Scholastic Action Shooting Program, and third in the nation in another division.
