The Montezuma Lions Club’s 57th annual Pancake Breakfast is coming soon – on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Montezuma Memorial Hall.
Hours are 6 to 11 a.m. The event, which for years served hunters on the first day of pheasant season, has also become a brunch event for non-hunters.
For $7, you get pancakes (all you want) along with whole hog sausage, eggs fixed the way you like them and a beverage.
It’s dine-in or carry out.
It’s a mask-optional event.
You are encouraged to bring used hearing aids and used eyeglasses to be dropped off at the event.
Proceeds are used for sight conservation and community service programs in Montezuma.
Also, this note for your calendar: The Lions’ annual Toy and Craft Show will be on Jan. 30, 2021, at the high school.
