Seven-year-old Ava Anderson won the 12-and-under photogenic award at a regional competition.
Ava, daughter of Josh and Taryn Anderson of Montezuma, was competing in the Groove Dance Competition in Omaha on Saturday, Feb. 15.
She won the photogenic category in a regional contest.
She now goes on to compete in Groove’s 2020 model search.
Ava also took second place for a jazz solo in her category.
Ava is coached by Haley Loftin at Be Brave Dance Studio in Montezuma.
