Montezuma High School is looking for a new head boys track coach after the resignation of Lukas Steenhoek.
Activities Director Tim Burgess said Steenhoek had to resign as a social studies teacher and coach after his wife accepted a physician’s assistant position in Waterloo.
“Lukas has grown tremendously as a coach and teacher,” Burgess said. “It’s definitely a loss for us. However, I’m very happy for them!”
