KNOXVILLE – Montezuma’s Shooting Sports athletes fared well again, this time in the Knoxville Invitational on Saturday, April 10, according to posts on the school’s website.
In varsity men, Joey Kercheval placed third.
Sam Bos and Laila Kercheval were first and second, respectively, in the junior varsity ladies division.
Carter Michalek and Houston Van Roekel went one-two in the intermediate advanced men.
Lindsey Henry placed second in intermediate advanced ladies.
Two Montezuma teams also placed second. They were:
Intermediate advanced squad – Van Roekel, Tindle, Michalek, Simpson and Henry.
JV squad – DeJong, Bos, Geiger, Roorda, L. Kercheval.
