It will be Hometown Holiday in Montezuma on Saturday, Dec. 3.
Activities will take place during the day and into the evening.
Santa Breakfast Buffet – from 8 to 10 a.m. in Montezuma Memorial Hall. The kids can visit with Santa and have a photo op. There will be a breakfast buffet for a freewill donation. And, there will be cookie decorating.
A Hot Cocoa Special will be offered from 8 a.m. until noon at Vivarium.
There will be the traditional Cookie Walk from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in United Methodist Church. Come and fill take-home trays with your favorite treats.
Book Buddy Workshop and Festival of Trees at Montezuma Public Library from 9:30 to 11 a.m. You can vote for your favorite tree with a non-perishable food donation.
Wreath Making Class and Wine Tasting – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Montezuma Floral and More. Advance registration is required.
Sounds of the Season – from 1 to 2 p.m. in United Methodist Church.
Soup Supper with Live Music – 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at First Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Holiday Lights Aglow Tour – This third annual event will tour the Christmas sights around Montezuma during the evening.
Also, you can stroll around Courthouse Square and enjoy the specials and tree display in the shops.
