MONTEZUMA – The volleyball Bravettes completed their unbeaten championship season in the South Iowa Cedar League wotj a 3-0 win over Iowa Valley on Monday evening, Oct. 13, at home.
The Bravettes won the championship they had clinched in their previous match.
Montezuma also won its 16th straight match overall. The Bravettes were 10-0 in league play and stand at 22-8 overall, heading into post-season action.
Iowa Valley is 5-23, and was the last-place team in the league.
