Lauren Klos and Jacob Ross reigned over Montezuma’s 2021 prom on Saturday evening, April 10.
The two were crowned queen and king, respectively, at Promenade 21, “A Night to Remember.”
Prom night activities happened at three venues.
Promenade was in the auditorium at the south end of the school.
Prom was at English Valleys Bed & Breakfast.
After Prom was back at the high school.
The evening, according to school officials, was a big success.
“Prom and Promenade were extra special this year, considering the challenges all of these students faced this past year,” an administrator wrote on the school’s website.
“Students clearly had a great time and enjoyed some of the norms from the past.”
“Thank you to Mr. Smith, Mr. Nolton and Mrs. Richards and all those involved to make it happen,” they said.
“After Prom was a tremendous success. Thanks to all who helped make that event happen.”
