ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, twenty-three retired school staff & their spouses were treated to a lunch of chili, cinnamon rolls and chocolate milk by Montezuma School Superintendent, Mr. Rich Schulte.

After wolfing down a combined total of 111,000 (conservative estimate) school lunches over the years, the retirees agreed this was one of the best school lunches ever!

Table four was the last to go through the line but there was plenty for everybody:  Al Rabenold, Denise Rabenold, Barb Long, Eugene Long, and Colleen Slaymaker.
Table three finished off the chocolate milk:  Steve Cranston, Francene Cranston, Marcia Kivi, Jim Kivi, and Miriam Gregory.

Table one enjoyed their share of chili.  Beginning lower left and going clockwise are: Carolyn Woods, Lois Douglass, Paul Jones, Darrell Brand, Sherma Brand and Lea Arendt.
Table two helped themselves to seconds when it came to cinnamon rolls:  Bonnie Cox, Lola Willrich, Ron Willrich, Kevin Osborn, Kathy Osborn, and Connie Stephens.
