WILLIAMSBURG – We did a respectable job at all levels against some strong, bigger schools.

The Raider Invitational was run Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Claire Erselius leads a group of runners at the Williamsburg meet.

While there is not a lot to take from this meet on the 1A girls side, the boys showed well against the SICL champs from last year in HLV and will continue to close that gap while scoring well against Belle Plaine and Iowa Valley (if you use their combined varsity and JV runners).

Proud of our start and looking forward to taking another big step on Thursday on a hilly Ottumwa course. Thursday will be a good day.
