BAXTER – Montezuma hit a strong Baxter ballclub with tough defense and superior ball movement in a 74-43 win over the Bolts Saturday night, Jan. 25.
Baxter brought a 10-2 record into the game. But the Braves got out of the gates quickly and never looked back. Montezuma led 22-11 after one quarter and 39-19 at halftime.
The Braves took their record out to 11-1.
