BROOKLYN – The pace was a little more up-tempo, but the results were the same: A Montezuma Bravettes victory, this time 78-43 over BGM Friday evening, Dec. 13.
The unbeaten (6-0) Bravettes shot .500 from the field and placed four girls in double figures, with a fifth just two points from doing the same.
Shateah Wetering scored 23 points, including five-for-seven shooting from three-point range. She also had seven rebounds, four assists and two blocks.
Elise Boulton scored 11 points and had six assists.
Shanae Wetering had 10 points, as did Dylan Holland, who was five-for-five from the field, and grabbed seven caroms.
Shelby Conger had eight points, four assists and two steals.
Montezuma led 26-15 after one quarter, 43-25 at halftime and 62-35 through three over the Bears, who are 3-3.
