Search warrant executed in Xavior case

KCCI TV reported late Tuesday morning, Oct. 19, that Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation confirmed that a search warrant has been executed at a home in New Sharon that is related to the Xavior Harrelson case.

Multiple law enforcement agents could be seen Tuesday at a New Sharon home, KCCI reported.

Iowa DCI officials are assisting the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive agents in the search.

On Friday, the Poweshiek County sheriff confirmed that remains found Sept. 30 near Montezuma were those of Harrelson, an 11-year-old who went missing May 27.
