Honors continue to roll in for members of Montezuma High School’s boys basketball team.
Trey Shearer has been named Class 1A Player of the Year by the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association.
In addition, Shearer was named to the eight-member Class 1A all-state first team chosen by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association.
Cole Watts was named to the same organization’s all-state second team.
