POLK CITY – Montezuma Shooting Sports student-athletes fared well on Sunday, June 6, at the SASP state championships for rifles and pistols.
A total of 28 of Montezuma’s 31 shooters took part. They competed against five other teams from across Iowa.

At the SCTP Iowa State Championships, Houston Van Roekel earned fifth place in the intermediate advanced men’s division after a shoot-out.
