SIOUX CITY – The murder trial of Cristhian Bahana Rivera is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29 in Woodbury County, according to KCCI-TV.
Rivera is accused of killing 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts, a University of Iowa student from Brooklyn, and leaving her body in a cornfield, in July of 2018.
He has pleaded not guilty.
