MONTEZUMA – The Bravettes managed to win one set, but a very good (now 15-1) North Mahaska volleyball squad prevailed over the Bravettes, 3-1, on Monday, Sept. 30, at home.
Scores for the Warhawks were 25-11, 25-19, 23-25 and 25-14.
Sydnee Burgess had 11 kills and four blocks for the Bravettes.
Chloe Snook led the team with 12 assists.
Addyson Probasco and Lauryn Larmore each had 10 assists, while Lily Ferry went 11-for-11 in serving.
Montezuma fell to 9-11 overall on the season.
