Nine Montezuma basketball players – five girls and four boys – have been honored by being chosen to various levels of the all-SICL teams by the league’s coaches.
Girls
First team – Ellen Cook and Shiressa Wetering were both unanimous choices.
Second team – Jadyn Sharer.
Honorable mention – Claire Erselius and Vivian Cook.
Coach of the Year – Jerry Hulsing, Lynnville-Sully.
Boys
First team – Brady Boulton was a unanimous pick.
Second team – Garrett Watts
Honorable mention – Max Anderson and Kohen Holland.
Coach of the Year – Dan Stout, Keota.
