DELTIOLOGIST J.O. Parker of Montezuma was guest speaker at the July 10 meeting of the Montezuma Lions Club, where he spoke about his deltiology hobby of collecting and studying picture postcards. In the photo above he is displaying an album of postcards that feature historical scenes in Montezuma.
