Montezuma business teacher Kevin Gartman took 4 teams for a total of 16 students to the state finals of the Iowa Personal Finance Challenge in Des Moines.
First place team consisted of Makenna Johannes, Madison VanZee, Alivia Cline, and Camryn Brennan. This team will advance to Ohio for the national competition in May.
Bringing home second place were Kaya Latcham, Cruz DeJong, Peyton Minner, Jack Erselius.
