Montezuma has another all-state basketball player!
Junior guard Ellen Cook has been named to the Class 1A all-state third team, chosen by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.
The association selected eight players to each of its first three all-state teams.
Cook played in 25 games and led the Bravettes in scoring, rebounding and assists.
She averaged 13.7 points per game, 4.9 rebounds, and 4.0 assists for Montezuma.
