The Montezuma girls golf team braved wind gusts to 40 mph, cold temperatures and rain Thursday night, April 11, at the Brooklyn-Victor Golf Course.
The girls placed second with 228 to BGM’s 218.
Taking medalist honors were two Belle Plaine golfers.
All four Montezuma girls improved their games and lowered their scores. The girls enjoyed the challenge of the hills and weather.
Next up the girls will be at Oskaloosa Country Club on Tuesday, April 16, beginning at 2:00.
